Raised in Edmonton, Paul is proud to serve the community as the President and Owner of Edmonton Granite Memorials. Along with his co-owner and wife, Ashley Crosty, he will continue to provide the exceptional customer service and quality Edmonton Granite Memorials, has offered its customers for over 60 years.
He takes great pleasure in working with people and listening to what they have to say to fully understand their needs and goals. He has a passion for helping others and seeing all projects through to completion to ensure the end result exceeds expectations.
Paul and his wife Ashley have a beautiful little girl, Quinn, and in January of 2022, their second daughter Margot, was born. When he isn’t walking through the river valley with his family or spending time with his daughters in one of the many parks this city has to offer, you will find him playing hockey or the occasional round of golf.
Prior to acquiring Edmonton Granite Memorials, Ashley spent the past 15 years working as a nurse within the Stollery Pediatric Oncology program- coordinating care for children with cancer. She brings a passion for helping others and takes pride in assisting families create a memorial that deeply honours their loved one’s unique and special life.
In her down time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband, Paul, and their daughter, Quinn. She loves meeting up with family and friends for walks to the local markets, restaurants and coffee shops, and settling down to read a good mystery at the end of the day.
Estella Mah has joined Edmonton Granite Memorials Ltd. since April 11, 2022 as a Controller of the company. Since then, she has been enjoying her role immensely. As a CPA, CMA and an MBA, her goal is to help with Strategic business decisions, utilizing her past experiences, education, business, and financial acumen. She contributes her daily fulfilment of life with provision of exceptional values and services, seeing everyone as a stakeholder of the company. She carries her mission with life-long learning, to embrace herself with growth and challenges along the way.
In her spare time, she has a variety of interest in reading, Trail hiking as well as yoga. Estella is also a toastmaster for 7 years. She has earned Distinguished Toastmaster and Toastmaster of the year in Division C in 2020. Her continuous growth journey involves serving the club as well as District 99 Toastmasters. Her simple enjoyable time with family was just sitting around with a cup of tea on hand and chat. Her favorite quote for encouragement is “Wisdom begins in wonder”
Memorial Consultant[/caption]Dwayne has been with Edmonton Granite Memorials since March of 2002. He oversees the Sales Team and takes joy and pride in assisting families to create a memorial for their loved one that they can cherish forever.
Dwayne and his lovely wife, Hope, have been blessed with their 2 incredible kids, Matthew and Grace. Life is busy with taking them to school, hockey, soccer, baseball and whatever other activities they are involved in. He enjoys spending time with family, going on many adventures, watching baseball and hockey. During the winter he is an active Hockey Referee, and is heading into his 27th year of officiating.
Rod Gargus has been working in the monument industry for over thirty years.

When not at work, Rod enjoys spending time with his wife Judith in the ministry. He also enjoys playing hockey, golfing, fishing and spending time with family and friends.
Carmen is the newest edition to the sales team. She is passionate about helping others and loves working with families to create something special for their loved ones.
In her time off, Carmen enjoys spending time with her husband Carter and Winnie the cat. She loves going for bike rides in the river valley, trying new brunch places, and making crafts for her family and friends with her cricut machine.
Gail has been with Edmonton Granite Memorials for over 20 years. She is married and has two boys and a girl, a Miniature Pincher named Weezie. In her spare time she likes to quilt and go on road trips to find that special piece of fabric.
She also enjoys gardening and loves spending time with her kids and their dogs.
Fran has been with Edmonton Granite Memorials since June 2015. What she loves the most about working here is the team she is surrounded by and helping customers with putting their ideas into a memorial to remember their loved ones. She is a dog lover and her favorite place to spend her spare time is at a dog park with her husband Martin, her furry baby Frankie and a good cup of coffee. She is currently away on maternity leave.
Cecile has decided to retire in 2021, after a career spanning over 40 years. She will be missed by all the staff at Edmonton Granite Memorials and our partners. Enjoy Retirement!
Theresa has been working for Edmonton Granite Memorials since July 2021. With over 20 years of design experience, she is happy to integrate her style into the company’s. She likes to spend her free time with her family.
Lisa brings 40 years of graphic design experience to Edmonton Granite Memorials and is honored to work with families memorializing their loved ones. She finds this work the most gratifying of her design career.
Hard to believe I am entering my 45 th year in this industry . Have seen a lot of good people come and go and have made many lasting relationships.
I have had the honour of training and mentoring many fine young people, and have seen many changes and advances in this industry .
Looking forward to see some new faces and growth in the future with this company and the opportunity to train and mentor some new people .
It has always been my pleasure to serve our customers and help then with the closure they require for their loved ones .
Jeremy started with Edmonton Granite Memorials in 2001 and trusts that providing quality memorials is a meaningful and rewarding occupation. He lives on the southside of Edmonton with his wife, Nicole and his two daughters, June and Frances. He enjoys ice carving.
Al is the dinosaur in our company, he’s been working with granite since 1869.He grew up in the granite capital of Canada, Beebe Quebec. He prides himself in producing the best quality workmanship in the industry, and don’t like the phrase (that’s good enough). Al is nearing the end of his career and enjoys teaching his skills to younger employees, even though he says he’s loving helping younger people it’s taking its toll on him. Nearly completely bald now, when he started to teach the younger generation he had a full head of hair.
Al and his wife Cecile also travel all over the province to do the company’s in cemetery inscriptions which they have been doing for approximately 36years. That’s a lot of driving, good thing Al only drives the best (FORDS), also drove a Dodge for a while.
Tyler has been working for EGM since 2016. He started as an installation helper and is now advancing as a sandblaster. He takes great pride in helping create beautiful monuments for families and those in need. He has a great eye for detail and strives for excellence while helping out with the entire manufacturing process.
Tyler is proud to be a part of the EGM team and is looking forward to his future with the company.
