All engraving, sandblasting and laser etching, is done in-house with strict quality controls to ensure proper depth and contrast are achieved on each monument we manufacture. Delivery and installation is performed by Edmonton Granite employees who take the time to ensure every monument is installed correctly on the plot. We offer a 5-year level guarantee for all monuments installed on foundations we provide. We have not increased our prices in over 3 years and do not engage in high pressure sales tactics common in the death industry. Monuments to Choose From
We can provide you a wide variety of monuments to choose from depending on your style. For families, we can provide double monuments that honour multiple graves. Here are some options to choose from.
Upright Monuments
We provide upright monuments to choose from in one of two styles, either single or double. A single upright monument is used to honour the final resting place for a one individual. These are sized to fit on a single plot and are a beautiful and customizable way to memorialize a loved one for generations to come.
In contrast, a double upright monument is used to memorialize multiple people together. This could be a married couple, a parent and their children, or any other combination of those who wish to be remembered together. These monuments can be chosen from either a single solid granite slab style or two joined slabs. Other accessories can be added as well, which include vases, incense holders or photos.
No matter which style of upright monument you choose, we can customize it in many ways. Whether it is by colour, shape, or size, our team will work with you to ensure your memorial will be loved by all who see it for years to come.
Pillow Monuments
Pillow monuments are named for the way they are laid flat to the ground with a slightly raised slope. These monuments are just as customizable as our other options and are a popular choice with those who don’t want a standard upright headstone. These thick flat headstones can be shaped any way you’d like as well, just like an upright monument.
Flat and Bronze Markers
These markers are slightly different than pillow monuments. Rather than being slightly upraised, they lie completely flat to the earth with a flush finish. These gravestones can be customized through etching or engraving, and it’s available in our wide selection of granite colours.
You can also choose a bronze flat marker. These markers are also customizable, and you can have them installed on a granite or concrete base.
Children Memorials
This is the most challenging and emotionally exhausting memorial anyone can plan. However, every child deserves something unique and special to honour their passing. This is why we have a large selection of designs to memorialize children of any age. We know you want a meaningful design to honour a child, so these monuments come in many shapes, sizes, and colors to choose from with child-specific shapes and designs.

Granite Colours to Choose From
You can choose from many different granite colours, including mountain rose, blue pearl, black, mahogany, Stanstead grey, Brits blue, and red. Keep in mind, if you choose to include laser etching on the headstone, you’ll need to select a black granite colour.

Cremation memorial options can be very different than other grave markers, though a traditional granite headstone can be used if you wish. However, many of our customers prefer a cremation-specific option to memorialize their loved ones. There are a few of the options available for commemorating your loved ones in a public location so everyone can visit their final resting place.
Cremation Bench
This cremation memorial option is beautiful for married couples who wish to be memorialized together. A cremation bench houses your loved one’s ashes in one or more secret compartments hidden inside the bench, creating a special way to rest and remember. Personal Columbarium
A personal columbarium is an upright granite structure that holds the ashes of a single individual inside it. A personal columbarium is mounted with a plaque that displays the name, dates of birth and death, as well as other information about the person it holds. This is a very flexible option that is much like a standard grave and marker, only it holds your loved one inside it.
Family Columbarium
A family columbarium is a shared resting place for those who wish to remain together even after death. This is a wonderful cremation memorial option for close families who would like to be honoured together. This style of columbarium can memorialize the ashes of up to sixteen individuals.
